In presence, we find our power to shift, to soften, to grow—every day.

My name is Pavla Bícová and I am a certified yoga teacher and specialist in craniosacral biodynamics since 2021. Today, I lead both group and private yoga classes, focusing on online yoga programs for equestrians and individual sessions.
My Journey and Education
My path to yoga and healing began during a challenging period in my life, when I was searching for a way to find balance and reconnect my body, mind, and soul. This led me to complete:

-
Yoga4Yogi Teacher Training in Prague (2021) – 200 hours, certified by the Czech Ministry of Education (MŠMT) and Yoga Alliance
-

-
Massage Training – 200 hours, Zázraky duše (Zázraky duše), Ostrava
-
Energy work, meditation, and channeling – studied under David Holík
-

Life is a journey
I’d say that everything that was meant to come into my life appeared seemingly by chance—although I don’t believe in coincidences. While I was studying at university (which I eventually graduated from—uff!), I began to wonder how I could start working on myself. I was going through a difficult time, not only in school but also in my personal life.
Through a friend, I discovered craniosacral biodynamics and soon began studying it. A new world opened up to me, and my perception of life expanded significantly. I started to find myself and slowly began to change. I still practice craniosacral therapy today, and working with people truly fulfills me. While studying craniosacral therapy, I discovered yoga.
It all started “accidentally,” when I began following YouTube yoga videos to stretch my body and improve my movement in horse riding. And then… I came across a yoga teacher training course and didn’t hesitate for a second. Even though I had never planned to teach yoga, I took the course just for myself. And then it happened—I met my yoga soul sister, Kačka, and together we continued our yoga education.
I’ve taken part in many workshops focused on energy work and meditation. Eventually, I began teaching yoga myself. Two years ago, I opened a yoga studio in Trhové Sviny. The studio has since closed—because it was time to take the next step on my journey!
I feel immense gratitude for what I do, and it fills me with joy. Above all, I want to say that yoga is a path for me—and on this path, I want to enjoy every single step. I’m learning to listen to myself, live with kindness and love, and trust my intuition. ✨
Yoga, for me, is not just exercise—it’s a lifestyle and a journey.
